Case Study 1- Energy Efficiency Birmingham Area

This customer was contracted in a pilot study on energy efficiency for a midlands based council. The council were one of a number of councils piloting this scheme around the country. The other councils in the scheme used their own contractors, and these contractors used off the shelf turnkey solutions to carry out the necessary works.

However, our customer asked us to create a bespoke solution that would be configurable and amendable. The major reason for this was that since it formed part of a pilot study there would be much analysis required of the data that was created and this proved to be a crucial decision.

As the study developed, the reports became more complex and our bespoke solution was the ONLY one that could produce the required reports. As a direct result of this and the efficiencies and quality of service the software allowed our customer to give, he was able to dominate his industry and expand his business substantially.

Case Study 2 - New Business Concept

This customer had a new business concept to bring to the market and so required a complete bespoke solution that included not only a website, but also an integrated management system that enabled them to efficiently manage the workflow that resulted.

In this clients industry, websites rarely served their customers with the ability to place online bookings. To compound problems further there was not even any readily available management software to keep control of offline bookings.
